So judging this as a fan of both as a fan of your work and a movie and must say what you have here is a nice piece. You've done a great sum up of the movie and it's a very elaborate design for a pin. I've been familiar with Disney pins for a while and easily see this a great design that any fan of the movie would want, illustrating the key characters.

Where I do critique the piece is first off a few off a number of characters designs. Most of the characters look okay, Santa looks a little skinny, yet I still like the look. I would say that your weakest character is Dr. Finkelstein, who doesn't quite match his animated counter part. First off the head looks too low up top, the mouth may or may not be too big (maybe it's just too wide) and he is missing his signature gloves. Lock is also missing his red pants.

Second, I think the design could have more of an impact if it featured shading. You have a little bit of shade on the pumpkin within the inside parts. I am aware this is meant to be a pin and you are not trying to make this too complex. Your other pins feature a similar design style as what you have used here, and they are beautiful. This to be honest is no different, however Nightmare before Christmas is different than other Disney films. Disney has often showboated the film at Halloween with it's creepy atmosphere and design. The film is not meant to be as colorful as the Little Mermaid or Beauty and the Beast, it's meant to be darker and more mature than other Disney films.

That being said, you even seem to be illustrating it's terror by making Oogie the primary monster and showing that Santa is scared. While I don't think the pin had to be a fully soft colored epic, I believe you could've added some solid shade onto it to help capture some of that darkness and maturity in this piece. Even 2D shows such as Family Guy and the Simpsons use shade to capture moments such as these. I'm not sure if that's what you wanted, but I think it would've made more of an impact and helped capture more essences from the film.

On a last note, I think the "list" should've had some names or at the very least scribbles with checks similar to the movie. It took me a while to figure out what it was and I think you could've helped make that a little more obvious.

In conclusion, this is a beautiful piece just like the other pin designs you've done. As a fan of the movie and partial Disney Pin collector, I would truly love it if this pin was made real to buy at Disney theme parks. What I am merely telling you is suggestion to help enhance it. If this truly was your intent, then the only real legit critique I have is Finkelstein's design and the missing names on the list (that really does need at least scribbles I'd say to look more like a legit list). You are a very skilled artist who makes gorgeous pin designs and I am familiar with the brand. Hope this critique helped and you will continue to make these in the future.
