Influence Map

So here is my influence or inspirational map!
What does it mean?Well all the artists or the works that inspired me and led me to do what I do!
Of course ‘The Little Mermaid’ and Disney in general have a special place in this…I just love this movie!!!!When I was a child I was not into Disney at all..i used to watch Japanese animes…and my favourite ones were those about little magical girls such as Creamy Mami, Pastel Yumi, Persha and Magical Emi
Among all the artists that worked for Disney the ones that inspired me the most are certainly Marc Davis with his special skill in drawing beautiful women such as Aurora or Maleficient, Milt kahl a wonderful draftsman, Andreas Deja still one of the most eclectic and of course Glen Keane…his ability to move everything on the earth from a bear to a mermaid never ceases to amaze me!!!!Concept artworks by Mary Blair are also an example of what I wanna gain…the skill in using colors….of course the masters from the past had an influence on me such as Michelangelo Buonarroti and last but not least Don Bluth’s masterpieces such as Thumbelina,or The Secret of Nihm…
