Was this drawn with a pencil? The linework is very fluent and crisp. I'm certain there aren't that many artists out there (unless you count professional artists) who can create linework as smooth as this. You've portrayed the expressions of the characters well. The anatomy of the characters looks very natural, rather that wooden.

This character sheet, in my mind, would look even better in colour. This is probably going to sound very mean, but I'm not overly keen on the background colour. It just seems a little........well, "drab".

Nevertheless, the level of skill you've shown here is definitely up to the standard of a Disney animator.
