Her head, I don't know if you drew the head and the cape first, but the rest of the body seems a few times smaller than the rest of her. And that should be an easy fix as far as just changing the size of it and then re-drawing a few lines.
The only other thing I'd have a say on is her legs, the way she is standing seems a little awkward. I feel like, and I attempted to re-enact it just to make sure I wasn't BSing myself which I have a tendency to do, in that position the legs wouldn't stand like that. The proportion of the body is spot on but if she is crossing her right (from viewers point) leg in front, twisting it, the other leg should be further behind the other one for balance, that seems like a very awkward pose to stand in, especially in heels like that. I feel like the easiest fix for that would be to push the left leg in further at an angle, like taking a diagonal line from the hip and and pulling down towards the other heel. On the same note that line across her right leg where the skirt is folding, would have to do different folds if it was on her thigh and then broke over the forward movement out of it and the flare on the boot.
Or, if you want to keep the left leg as is, the lower leg would have to stand a little more at an angle towards the left, or jutting out to the side to hold the weight that she is putting on that side by the tilted hip.

L'abito mi piace moltissimo, ma secondo me potevi evitare le calze a rete e sostituirle con qualcosa un pò più... Come dire... Rosso sangue, ecco.
La posa è tremendamente accattivante, forse esagerata, ma tremendamente accattivante.
Il viso è in pieno stile femmina vampiro. Mi spiego: è bellissima, sembra di una dolcezza che se le dai un bacio ti carii i denti, ma si vede quel bagliore di crudeltà tipico dei vampiri. MITICO!!! XD
Ultimo commento per i capelli... Finito!! XD E' una splendida acconciatura, che di certo non richiede un gran sforzo ma che è comunque elegante.
